Mine And Theirs

He that created me, created you and others too But he did not make any one the same as another So was he wrong? Should I not believe in him for he did not create the world And the people here as I would want him to? He that created me With some goodness and some badness as well Created you and others with some of this And some of that and some of the other By some strange rule that he observes Not to make anything that’s not special And that’s why he is what he is For all that he does is special And then some of them, they rain blows And brutally kill some of mine And they do this day in and day out, Sometimes killing, sometimes raping, sometimes hurting and destroying, Always...well, almost always spreading pain And sometimes some of mine do some of that, too But I don’t feel the pain so much So, was my maker wrong? So, is my maker wrong? Or is there something not quite right in me? That I feel someones’ pain But not some others’ What, then, do I do? Shall I close my eyes And pretend it’s all good? Is it? Or, do I do nothing? I shall feel all pain - theirs and mine But I’ll stand with those that I was born with For my maker put me there For reasons that he knows best But I’ll feel their pain as much as I feel mine... And, I’ll try to reduce a little pain that one feels - both mine and theirs For they really are also mine, Just on the other side And my maker put them there And he made them special, too For reasons that he knows best... - rajyogi (Rajesh Kanoi) https://rajyogi.wixsite.com/lifecoach
