Lost Magic of Invisible Words

Words had so much power In the days gone by For I was young and empty A word was like a magical thing Filling me with pictures and emotions And awe, reverence, desire And so much else For I was fresh and empty And then words started losing Their magic, their power, their color They became empty Because my emptiness was filled With notions and ideas and so much else... And now beautiful words pass by Sometimes Trying to evoke something But I don’t even look up To cast a second glance... Have words lost their magic Like a chalice turned down Or have I become an urn Filled with ashes of the past? - rajyogi https://rajyogi.wixsite.com/lifecoach
