Stiffness causes blockages

Both in body and the mind

That impede the flow of energy

And leave us victim-like in a bind.


When energy is blocked

And unable to flow free

Knots begin to form in places

And thus affect our destiny.


Easing the body and the mind

Can loosen knots in different places

Allowing energy to flow with ease

And breath, like air in empty places.


When stiffness begins to let go

Freedom is experienced in every part -

That’s how destiny can be changed

And we owe ourselves a brand new start.


Relax and let go all rigidity

And feel life course happily inside -

The results will come very soon

And you’ll be glad that you tried.
