You aroused the great meditator today And you clasped him in an embrace Your shimmering dark body moved with grace As Shiva stayed right in his place You joined in love and became one again And joy poured from both as one Why did you show me this divine act of yours That left me feeling both awed and stunned You chose to make your tryst with him Inside what I think’s my being And your love-making went on a while As I witnessed it for I was seeing Though my eyes were closed fully Not half like Shiva’s eyes I saw what you did not hide from me Through the inward eyes.
