Coronavirus is an econovirus

That’s bringing markets to a standstill

Instead of digging holes all around

Mankind will now begin to do landfill.

Money and goods, markets and brands

Is where our attention was fixed

But a virus has now come into being

Through which all that’s been nixed

Our attention will move to other things

And will focus on what’s essential to being

The deeper reality that we’ve ignored so long

And from which we were constantly fleeing.

It’s sensible to look for good in all things

And we must gain from econovirus, too

So enjoy the chance to isolate yourself

To introspect, meditate and do what you must do.
