Breaking Habits

Habits are far more endemic than we realize. We create habits about everything, including how we think, feel and act...even how we breathe. And, our habits make us do things on autopilot. More often than not out habits cause us to do those very things that are the most hurtful and damaging to us and our loved ones.


When we do something in the hope it’s noticed or appreciated, we’ve merely pretended. We’ve acted and maybe, we’ve shammed. What’s more important is we’ve lied to ourselves and believed our lies...


Done once, twice and a few more times, this also becomes a habit...


And we all know how difficult it is to break habits.


It’s best to watch ourselves as we do something, think something, feel something...and, sometimes it’s even more important to watch how we breathe.


When this becomes a habit, we’ll begin to defeat all other habits!
