BP Gone!

High Blood Pressure aka Hypertension is a common enough condition these days.
I, too, became afflicted by this condition some fifteen years ago. The sphygmomanometer used to read 160/110 sometimes and my family physician put me on Losartan RePace 25.
Fortunately, I started taking steps to change my lifestyle, including:
Yoga;
Regular morning walks;
Belly breathing or diaphragm breathing;
Healthy food comprising lots of veggies;
Meditation or being meditative.
Later, chanting also became part of my daily lifestyle. Smoking fell off and drinking slowed to less than a trickle.
About a month ago, I stopped taking my medication...the one for hypertension.
I’ve been off the medicine for almost thirty days and my BP continues to be within a very healthy range, depending on my activity and breathing. It has never read above 130/90 even without the medication.
I dare say, of all the things the things I did and continue to do that contributed to the drastic change in my health, particularly the scourge of hypertension, the things that were the most life-altering were meditation and belly breathing!
Once you master belly breathing again and make it your default breathing style, your health will show a dramatic improvement...over time!
Belly breathe and meditate your way to health!
